Job Title: Sales Business Development Manager – MSP Practice (US Staffing)

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: US Hours (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business across US MSP and enterprise staffing accounts.
- Build relationships with MSP Program Managers, Supplier Managers, Procurement, and Contingent Workforce leaders.
- Generate new staffing requirements for contract, C2H, and permanent hiring.
- Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Expand company's MSP Practice by developing long-term client partnerships and growing strategic accounts.

Required Experience

- 5–10 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience in US Staffing.




- Proven experience selling Staff Augmentation / Workforce Solutions to MSP or enterprise clients.
- Strong network within the US MSP ecosystem with the ability to generate new business.
- Excellent consultative selling, client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Must be comfortable working US shift from India.
