Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Consultant to support the configuration, development, integration, testing, and production support of enterprise incentive compensation solutions. The role requires strong platform knowledge and the ability to work directly with functional teams, client stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and enhance SAP APM / SAP Commissions solutions.
- Translate compensation requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
- Configure compensation plans, crediting, measurements, incentives, and commission calculations.
- Develop SQL / PL-SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Support SAP APM integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot SAP APM reports, including Jasper Reports.
- Investigate and resolve commission calculation, data, integration, and production issues.
- Support testing, deployments, and production commission cycles.




- Collaborate directly with client, functional, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) experience.
- Robust SAP Commissions configuration and development experience.
- Good understanding of incentive compensation and commission processes.
- Experience with compensation plans, crediting, measurements, incentives, and calculations.
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills.
- Experience with SAP APM integrations, data reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex SAP Commissions issues.
- Strong analytical, client communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
- Groovy scripting.
- Jasper Reports.
- SAP Agent Connection.
- Experience with enterprise data integrations and onshore/offshore delivery models
