Job Title – E/SE TrainingDepartment: Human Resources – Learning & DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Nature's Basket (Corporate Office)Role OverviewThe Training Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing learning initiatives across Nature's Basket stores and corporate teams. The role focuses on enhancing employee capability through structured induction programs, functional training, product knowledge, compliance training, and leadership development initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs, ensure effective learning delivery, and evaluate training outcomes to support organizational growth and employee development.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Need IdentificationPartner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and store operations teams to identify learning and capability development needs.Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on business requirements, performance gaps, and employee feedback.Develop annual and monthly training calendars aligned with organizational priorities.Training DeliveryFacilitate induction and onboarding programs for new employees across stores and corporate functions.Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on customer service, retail operations, product knowledge, SOPs, compliance, and behavioural skills.Support leadership development initiatives for supervisory and managerial employees.Ensure consistent training standards across all store locations.Learning Content & Program DevelopmentDevelop, update, and customize training modules, presentations, facilitator guides,



and learning materials.Create engaging learning content to improve employee participation and knowledge retention.Coordinate with external training partners and subject matter experts whenever required.Training Coordination & AdministrationSchedule training programs and coordinate logistics, training venues, attendance, and communication.Maintain training records, employee learning history, nominations, and certification data.Track completion of mandatory learning programs and ensure compliance.Training Effectiveness & EvaluationAssess learning effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, quizzes, observations, and post-training evaluations.Monitor training impact on employee performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards on training coverage, effectiveness, and learning metrics.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Store Managers, Regional HR, Operations, Category Teams, and Functional Heads to ensure successful implementation of learning initiatives.Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on learning interventions and development opportunities.Continuous ImprovementStay updated with current learning methodologies, retail industry trends, and digital learning platforms.Recommend innovative learning solutions, blended learning approaches, and technology-enabled training initiatives.Support employee engagement and capability-building initiatives as assigned.LMS-ManagementManage the Learning Management System (LMS) on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth administration and user accessibility across all locations.Create, upload, assign, and maintain training content, learning modules, assessmentsMonitor employee training completion status and ensure adherenceGenerate and analyze LMS reports, dashboardsCoordinate with internal stakeholdersExperience / Skills / Qualification RequiredBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or any related discipline.MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.Experience in the retail, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing industry will be preferred.
