JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE MANAGERPosition: Store ManagerLocation: Bhubaneswar, OdishaDepartment: Stores / InventoryEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1-2 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material movement, documentation, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and team handling.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently.Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, transfer, and return materials.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.Maintain proper GRN, stock registers, issue slips, transfer notes, and inventory records.Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and protected handling of materials.Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Operations teams.Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired stock.Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.Maintain cleanliness, safety,
