About the Role
Experienced AR Callers with expertise in Hospital
Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB) to support the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM) process. If you have strong denial management skills and are
passionate about resolving claims efficiently, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US Healthcare providers. Handle Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB) processes. Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims. Ensure timely collections while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
Requirements 1–5 years of experience in Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Physician Billing (PB). Hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Solid expertise in Denial Management. Excellent communication skills. Any Degree or Diploma. Immediate to 15-day notice period preferred.
