Qualifications

and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of career development theories and practices. Proficiency in resume and cover letter writing. Knowledge of job search platforms and interview techniques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Counseling, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Career Counselor) are highly preferred.
- Attributes: Skilled, ethical, patient, and client-focused. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
