Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules
- Enhance and extend existing Odoo functionalities
- Convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Manage Odoo installations, configurations, and third-party integrations
- Guide and mentor junior developers while promoting development best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
- Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, ORM, and APIs
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Odoo Certification will be an added advantage
