Software Development Engineer III (SDE 3)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer III (SDE 3) to join our dynamic engineering team. As an SDE 3, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of new features and services.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver product requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,



or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
- Solid proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience in leading technical projects or teams.
