The Senior Business / Data Analyst – Capital Management Technology will act as a hands-on subject matter expert within the Treasury Technology team, responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capital management solutions. The role requires strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills in an agile delivery environment. Domain Expertise Required (Mandatory): Treasury & Balance Sheet Management Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Cash Management & Accounting Liquidity Management Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process Good understanding of IRRBB and Liquidity Management (Good to have) Key Responsibilities Translate capital management business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls, including traceability matrices Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence Develop and maintain data lineage, data catalogs,



and control documentation for audit and compliance readiness Prepare test cases and test plans; lead triage and QA activities Conduct data discovery and profiling to ensure data quality and integrity Perform hands-on work with data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, or similar tools Use SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts Maintain strong knowledge of financial products and their impact on capital management Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of experience translating business rules into technology requirements with traceability Strong SQL and data analysis experience on large datasets 3+ years of hands-on experience in data integration, testing, and documentation Experience in creating data/process flows and governance artifacts Solid understanding of capital management principles and financial products Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred) Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Nice-to-Have Experience with Credit or Capital Calculation Engines Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting 3+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or financial services
