Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesActive Workspace Development & Configuration

- Configure and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain AWC declarative customizations.
- Create and configure custom commands, command handlers, and command placements.
- Design and develop custom panels, views, and UI components in AWC.
- Configure and customize table views, column arrangements, and table behaviors.
- Implement folder content organization and data presentation configurations.

Teamcenter Customization

- Perform AWC and Teamcenter UI customizations using declarative frameworks.
- Modify and maintain stylesheet configurations for enhanced user experience.
- Implement business-specific solutions through Teamcenter configuration and customization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations, deployments, and configurations.

Administration & Support

- Manage and support Dispatcher Administration Console configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot dispatcher jobs and file translations.
- Support Teamcenter administration activities related to AWC customization.
- Coordinate deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Technical Collaboration

- Work closely with solution architects and business analysts to understand requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical design documents and user guides.




- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior developers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Siemens Teamcenter certifications are an added advantage.

Technical Skills

Essential skills

- 5-7 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Strong experience in Active Workspace (AWC) Configuration and Customization.
- Expertise in:

- Classification Configuration & Administration
- Creating Commands in AWC
- Creating Panels in AWC
- Table Configuration
- Declarative Customization
- Stylesheet Customization
- Folder Content Organization
- Troubleshooting Customizations
- Dispatcher Administration Console

Strong understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and BMIDE concepts.Experience with Teamcenter deployments and setting management.Knowledge of XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, and REST services.Understanding of Teamcenter integration and customization frameworks.
Preferred Skills

- Experience with Teamcenter BMIDE customization.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter workflows and access management.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
