This Position reports to: Service Team Leader Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. The work model for the role is: LI - Onsite This role is contributing to the Automation – Energy division in Vadodara-Gujarat region in India . You will be mainly accountable for:



Performing onsite service of ABB System 800xA including preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring optimum performance, quick fault resolution, and improved system reliability. Executing service work per customer expectations, maintaining positive relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting system upkeep with upgrades and optimizations. Preparing and maintaining maintenance checklists, activity lists, SOPs, and backup/recovery procedures. Detecting potential failures, diagnosing and fixing hardware/software issues, collaborating with colleagues, and documenting learnings and best practices. Suggesting product, quality, and service improvements and discussing them with management. Ensuring high HSE standards, eliminating unsafe practices, and adhering to safety procedures at customer sites.
