Your role and responsibilities In this role, we are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager / People Manager to lead a Digital R&D; product pillar or capability team end to end.



The role is accountable for people leadership, delivery predictability and technical direction, acting as the single accountable leader for engineering outcomes across quality, speed, security and business relevance. This is a hands-on senior management role requiring solid technical credibility and the ability to review architecture and code-level trade-offs, guide .NET, Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering, and lead Agile execution across globally distributed teams. The successful candidate will work closely with product, architecture, program, release, operations and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable and reliable engineering outcomes.
