Job Title: Tax Preparer – US TaxationExperience: 1–4 Years in US TaxationLocation: Shilp Business Gateway, SG Highway, Ahmedabad (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeShift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM ISTCompensation: As per experience & skillsetJob SummaryNetBounce Global LLP is looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer to prepare and support US federal and state tax returns while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion as per client and firm requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare US federal and state tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120/1120S, and 1041, along with extensions, amendments, and related forms.Organize and review tax documents such as W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, brokerage statements, depreciation schedules, and prior-year returns.Perform tax calculations including depreciation, estimated taxes, carryforwards, credits, and basic book-to-tax adjustments.Identify missing documents, inconsistencies, and potential tax issues and escalate them to the reviewer or manager.Prepare returns for e-filing, track acknowledgments,



and assist with rejected-return resolution and filing-related follow-ups.Maintain accurate tax workpapers, tax notes, supporting documentation, and client files as per firm standards.Coordinate with reviewers and team members to resolve review points and complete returns within assigned deadlines.Stay updated on US federal/state tax requirements and follow firm processes, confidentiality standards, and quality guidelines.Requirements1–4 years of hands-on experience in US Taxation / Tax Preparation.Working knowledge of US individual and/or business tax returns.Experience with UltraTax, ProConnect, Drake, Lacerte, or similar tax software.Good understanding of US tax forms, workpapers, and filing procedures.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with a US CPA firm or accounting outsourcing company will be an advantage.Apply Now: Share your updated CV at [email protected]
