Role: "Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter"

Experience: 3-7+ years

Location: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)

Work Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)

Job description:

- Must be well versed with W2, Corp2Corp & Contract2Hire positions
- Responsible for the full cycle of sales and recruitment.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants with vendors or Direct clients
- Updating of resumes into different Job portals
- Sharing Hot list of consultants in different portals and contacts
- Getting the requirements from Tier-1 vendors/implementing Partners




- Negotiating with Vendors for appropriate rates
- Follow-up with the vendors regarding feedback after the interviews
- Constant touch with candidates and keeping them informed about the submissions and interviews
