We are seeking a driven and detail oriented Design Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping high precision, mission-critical systems for the semiconductor industry.
nKey Responsibilities:
nProject Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and scopen
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and execution plansn
- Monitor daily/weekly progress and ensure alignment with project targetsn
- Identify execution risks and implement corrective and preventive actionsn

nCoordination & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teamsn
- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement,



and site execution teamsn
- Conduct regular review meetings and progress discussionsn
- Ensure smooth communication across all project stakeholdersn

nResource & Team Management

- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectivelyn
- Lead and guide site teams, engineers, and contractorsn
- Monitor team productivity and ensure efficient utilizationn
- Mentor junior engineers and build a performance-driven team workplacen

nProject Monitoring & Control

- Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and client updatesn
