- Cluster delivery — full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography N
- Senior Manager development — build the layer below you;
identify and grow next-level leaders N
- Capacity planning — anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand N
- Vendor ecosystem — strategic partnerships at city level;
rate cards;
masterservice agreements N
- Top-account ownership —the top 3–5 clients in your geography are your direct accountability N
- Cross-functional alignment — work shoulder-to-shoulder with city leads in Design, Sales, Procurement, and N
