N10. Understanding of Active Directory Services (ADS) DNS & DHCP.

Positive troubleshooting knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Event Logs.
N12. Experience in Datacenter Operations,
N13. Experience in Managing security permissions, Backups and restoration.
N14. Experience in Enterprise SAN environment – EMC DMX, Hitachi File clusters.
N15. Exposure to TSM, Commvault
N16. Experience in file and print services management
N17. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
N18. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support
N19. MCP in Windows Server2003/2008/2016, Active Directory>
