Clinical Quality Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality Manager

Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team

• Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews

• Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups





• Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation

• Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams

• Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance

5+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) and Analytics.

~ Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare management field is preferred.

~ Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), quality improvement, or healthcare quality management is highly preferred.

~ Robust analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.

~ Ability to analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs.

~ Experience generating dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review.

~ Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
