Required Skills

✔️ 7.5+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM

✔️ Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

✔️ Good understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management

✔️ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Experience with scripting/programming and enterprise application support

✔️ Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-assisted productivity tools is an advantage

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
