WATER & KITCHEN HELPER

Location: Attavar, Mangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Assist the kitchen team with daily preparation and basic food handling.

Wash, cut, peel, and portion vegetables and other ingredients as required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas.

Wash dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment.

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.

Ensure drinking water and other required supplies are regularly replenished.

Help with cleaning tables, floors, and other areas when required.

Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.





Support chefs and other staff during busy service periods.

Requirements

Previous kitchen/helper experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene.

Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take instructions.
