Data Analyst/ Finance for HO & Support - Finance.

Responsibilities
- Designing dashboards depicting business insights to management
- Analyzing and highlighting various trends, anomalies and issues observed in different processes
- Implementing systems that promote automation and reduce manual activities for both reporting and operational activities
- Ensure timely & accurate reporting of all business and product MIS
- Handling ad-hoc intelligence requests from Business /BIU team
- Ability to handle a team will be an advantage
- Regulatory reporting & its automation
- Suggest process improvements & system enhancements
- Periodic process changes to be incorporated in the SOP
- Co-ordination with various teams to streamline MIS reports
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms




- Act on the feedback given on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dashboarding, advanced MS Excel
- Experience in reporting, MIS and data analysis – handling large quantity of data, using pivot tables
- Knowledge and experience of SQL will be added advantage.
- Education and experience required for this role is CA or Graduate with 6-11 years of work experience.
- With relevant tools and language certification.
