The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key member of our GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems team, responsible for internal applications across Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering. You'll own the full development lifecycle — from incident resolution and bug fixes to feature delivery — across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ,



and related integrations.

You'll work closely with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and administrators to ship high-quality, stable solutions. We're an AI-forward team: our engineers actively use AI tools to write, test, and review code, and we expect you to embrace them as part of your daily workflow. We're looking for someone genuinely curious and eager to grow. You pick things up rapid, ask great questions, and aren't afraid to push back when something could be done better. You stay current with Salesforce releases, AI tooling, and developer toolchains — not because you have to, but because you want to.

What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce incidents end-to-end: investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and documentation.
- Design and build scalable enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools — following Yext coding standards with strong test coverage.
