✅ Ansible Automation experience
✅ Bash / Shell Scripting
✅ VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
✅ Performance tuning & capacity planning
✅ Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
✅ High Availability & Clustering concepts
