Key Responsibilities
- Set
up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for
multiple client accounts
- Own
daily budget pacing, bid strategy, audience targeting, keyword/search-term
hygiene, and campaign optimisation
- Coordinate
conversion tracking with Technology using GA4, GTM, Google Ads tags, and Meta
Pixel/CAPI requirements
- Work
with Design and Content teams on creative briefs, ad-copy tests, and
landing-page improvement opportunities
- Monitor
core performance metrics including CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impression share,
frequency, and lead quality
- Prepare
clear weekly/monthly performance summaries with actions, not just platform
exports
- Maintain
account hygiene, naming conventions, change logs, and QA before campaign
launches

Must-Have Skills / Screening
Criteria
- Hands-on




working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong
understanding of campaign objectives, bidding, targeting, attribution, and
conversion tracking
- Able
to interpret performance data and explain what action should be taken next
- Strong
Excel/Google Sheets skills for pacing, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable
managing multiple accounts and budgets with high attention to detail

Valuable to Have
- Google
Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Lead-generation
experience in education, services, or high-consideration categories
- Exposure
to LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, Performance Max, or offline conversion imports
