Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Manager to support and maintain a business-critical Salesforce CRM setting used across commercial and support functions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related requests, incidents, and user support while working closely with global stakeholders, particularly teams based in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration expertise,



excellent stakeholder management skills, and a service-oriented mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth CRM operations, resolving user issues, maintaining data quality, supporting business processes, and driving continuous improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of Salesforce environment as our main CRM platform.
- Respond to Salesforce-related questions, requests, and issues from stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other business teams.
- Manage, track, and update support tickets in Jira, ensuring timely and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot user issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
- Support user management, data quality, basic configuration, reporting, and process-related requests in Salesforce.
- Document in Confluence solutions
