To design, develop, validate, and industrialize mechanical products and systems from concept to production. The role involves creating robust and manufacturable designs, supporting prototype development, conducting engineering analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product realization
- Develop mechanical designs from concept through detailed engineering and product realization.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Material (BOM) using CAD tools such as NX, Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with internal stakeholders.
- Develop creative design solutions considering functionality, manufacturability, reliability, cost, and quality
- Maintain engineering documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare design reports, technical specifications, test procedures, and validation records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and organizational processes.
