About the Role

We are looking for passionate Social Media Growth Specialists to build and scale the digital presence of Rooman / FutureAcad across Instagram & YouTube. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging short-form content, driving community engagement, and implementing growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit reels/short videos around AI, tech, and career development.
- Repurpose blogs and course content into videos, carousels, and posts.
- Manage daily posting schedules and follow trending formats, hashtags, and audio.
- Build community engagement through comments, DMs, polls, and collaborations.




- Track performance metrics and provide weekly growth insights.

Requirements
- Passion for social media, video content, and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar).
- Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth strategies.
- Creativity and consistency in execution.
- For interns: no prior experience required, just proof of creative work (personal reels, campus fest promos, etc.).
