As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Bengaluru-based team. The Account Support Specialist owns the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process for healthcare market research projects while managing day-to-day client relationships. In this role,



you will translate client research needs into accurate, timely proposals and coordinate internally to ensure projects are scoped effectively from the outset.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for global accounts, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets.
- Further develop and refine ability to understand client needs, crafting tailored, insight driven solutions that align with budget requirements, timelines, and strategic goals.
- Support Business Development + Account Manager in achieving booking and margin targets across assigned accounts by proactively identifying opportunities, strengthening client engagement, and ensuring commercially sound proposals.
