nWhat You‘ll Do:
N● Support the sales team throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to proposal submission.
N● Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication with existing customers.
N● Build and nurture long-term client relationships through timely and professional communication.
N● Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to gather technical information for proposals.
N● Assist in preparingquotations, presentations, proposals and commercial documents.
N● Track sales enquiries and maintain accurate CRM and customer records.
N● Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
N● Assist with pre-sales activities including lead qualification and customer engagement.
N● Coordinate meetings, client visits and follow-up actions.
N● Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients and industry stakeholders.
