At Onsurity, we‘re looking for a Manager – Partnerships to build strategic alliances, lead a high-performing acquisition team, and leverage AI-first selling to drive business outcomes.

- AI fluency is mandatory — active use of AI tools for prospecting, pipeline intelligence, and deal analytics across the Partnerships Team, responsible for partner acquisition, revenue growth, and team leadership.
/n
- Owns the full acquisition lifecycle — prospect identification, qualification, deal closure, and partner onboarding, ensuring team-wide execution excellence.
/n
- Reports to the Partnerships Lead and carries measurable quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
/n
- Build and manage the partner pipeline using CRM platforms and AI-powered prospecting/lead-scoring tools, while ensuring team adoption of AI-driven workflows.
/n
- Design and supervise outreach campaigns across tech, SaaS, fintech,



and professional services verticals.
/n
- Ensure tailored value propositions and partnership proposals aligned to prospect needs and business objectives.
/n
- Lead negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and coordinate with legal/finance to close deals efficiently.
/n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations to align partnerships with Onsurity’s strategic objectives.
/n
- Define and track KPIs — pipeline coverage, conversion rate, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.
/n
- Analyze partnership performance to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and gaps in acquisition strategy.
/n
- Mentor and develop junior associates, instilling a culture of accountability and consistent delivery against acquisition goals.
/n
- Strong analytical and stakeholder skills — ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive measurable outcomes.
/n
- Tool proficiency — CRM platform
