- Experience working on residential and hospitality projects N
- Strong design sensibility and space-planning skills N
- Ability to develop and lead interior design concepts N
- Ability to prepare detailed furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings N
- Expertise in construction drawings, technical detailing, and project documentation N
- Experience preparing BOQs and material specifications N
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes N
- Experience coordinatingwith clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams N
- Ability to monitor siteexecution and ensure design intent is maintained N
- Ability to manage project timelines and budgets N
- Strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills N
