NWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong experience in post-sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and interdepartmental coordination within the real estate sector.
NKey Responsibilities:
N - Manage the entire customer lifecycle from booking to possession
N - Handle post-sales activities,



collections, and home loan disbursement coordination
N - Follow up with teams, customers and bankers for outstanding dues (OCR/Home Loan)
N - Coordinate with internal and external teams at the builder site (Sales, Projects, Accounts, Architecture) to ensure timely updates and seamless communication
N - Ensure customer queriesand complaints are resolved within defined TAT
N - Maintain accurate documentation and project-wise customer records
N - Coordinate and manage RERA-related matters internally in collaboration with the Legal team
N - Prepare and present MISreports to management
N - Prepare and present MISreports to builder management
N - Drive process improvements through complaint analysis and tracking
N - Strong proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and calculations (Advanced Excel/MIS)
NKey Requirements:
N - Proven experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Post-Sal
