N3. Fixed weekends off – Saturday & Sunday
NRole Overview:
N1. Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
N2. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
N3. No sales targets involved in this process.
NRequirements:
N1. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
N2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
N3. Comfortable working innight shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
N4. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
NCompensation & Advantages:
N1. In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
