Hiring: Manager – Faculty Engagement & Community

Location: Bengaluru (Travel Across India)

Experience: 10 Years

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Build and scale a nationwide faculty community and local chapter network.
/n
- Develop partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic stakeholders.
/n
- Organise Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), chapter meetups, and on-campus events.
/n
- Manage and grow digital faculty communities.
/n
- Recruit and mentor faculty champions across regions.
/n
- Track community engagement and chapter performance.
/n

/n

Mandatory Skills

/n

/n
- 10 years of experience in Community Management, Higher Education, or EdTech.
/n
- Robust experience in institutional outreach and stakeholder management.
/n




- Proven experience building communities or chapter networks from scratch.
/n
- Experience planning and executing on-ground events across multiple locations.
/n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
/n
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
/n
- Master's degree (PhD preferred).
/n
