Major Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements for employees, including domestic and international travel.

- Handle flight, train, bus and hotel bookings, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely confirmations.

- Coordinate visa processing, travel insurance, and related documentation for international travel.
/n
- Maintain knowledge of consulate correspondence and assist employees with visa queries and requirements.
/n
- Ensure compliance with general travel-related rules, regulations, and company policies.
/n
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and generate periodic reports.
/n
- Negotiate rates with travel agencies, hotels,
and other vendors for better deals.

- Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs.

- Stay updated on travel advisories, consulate updates, and international travel norms.

Technical Skills and Experience:
