The Opportunity

/n

We are seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager to support and expand Kian Falcon‘s presence within the QSR, café, casual dining, and foodservice ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with client accounts
/n
- Support account growth through repeat business and expansion opportunities
/n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and client stakeholders
/n




- Prepare commercial proposals and support costing discussions
/n
- Work closely with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
/n
- Track project timelines, client communication, collections, and order progress
/n
- Maintain sales trackers, CRM systems, and account reports
/n
