Role Overview

Amaavigo is looking for a hands-on, ROI-focused Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimise and scale paid acquisition campaigns.

/n

/n

The role will be responsible for generating qualified leads and measurable business outcomes through Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid advertising platforms.

/n

/n

We are looking for a doer, not just a campaign coordinator—someone who understands the complete journey from campaign strategy → lead generation → conversion → ROI.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

* Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads,



Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.

/n

* Experience in Reddit Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Quora Ads, Pinterest Ads, programmatic/display advertising and app marketing campaigns

/n

* Execute Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Generation, Conversion and Remarketing campaigns.

/n

* Develop audience, keyword, targeting and budget strategies.

/n

* Build and optimise B2B and B2C lead-generation campaigns.

/n

* Monitor lead quality and work towards improving lead-to-conversion performance.

/n

* Continuously optimise CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.

/n

* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages and CTAs.

/n

* Identify funnel drop-offs and recommend landing-page improvements.

/n

* Manage multiple client accounts, budgets and campaign timelines independently.

/n

* Prepare performance reports with clear insights, recommendations and next act
