Role Overview

/n

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Hyderabad showroom team.

/n

/n

This role is critical in ensuring smooth customer follow-ups, order coordination, and internal communication , enabling the sales team to focus on conversions and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Sales & Customer Coordination

/n

/n
- Manage customer follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, and ongoing discussions
/n
- Ensure timely response to all leads, walk-ins,



and customer queries
/n
- Coordinate with customers for quotations, design discussions, order confirmations, payments, etc
/n

/n

Order Management

/n

/n
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery
/n
- Coordinate with production, design, logistics, etc
/n
- Ensure timely updates to customers on order status
/n

/n

CRM & Reporting

/n

/n
- Maintain accurate CRM entries for all leads and customers
/n
- Track: enquiries, follow-ups, conversions
/n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Manager
/n

/n

/n

Internal Coordination

/n

/n
- Work closely with showroom sales team to ensure no missed follow-ups
/n
- Coordinate with HO teams (design, production, accounts)
/n
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders
/n

Documentation & Support

/n

/n
- Prepare quotations and proposals
/n
- Maintain product, pricing, and client records
/n
- Support in docum
