nKey Responsibilities
nClient Onboarding & Account Management

- Onboard current healthcare and dental clients by collecting brand assets, clinic photos, doctor profiles, service details, and brand guidelines.n
- Understand each client's services, specialties, patient journey, and target audience.n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.n

nContent Strategy & Creative Development

- Research trending topics in dentistry, oral healthcare, and patient education across international markets.n
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with local events, awareness campaigns, and seasonal trends.n
- Design engaging creatives for Facebook and Instagram, including:n
- Static Postsn
- Carouselsn
- Story Graphicsn
- Reel Coversn
- Write compelling, market-specific captions tailored for audiences in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and other international regions.n

nSocial Media Management & Organic Growth

- Schedule and publish content consistently across Meta platforms.n
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, saves, and follower growth.n
- Implement organic growth strategies through hashtag research, community engagement, and audience interaction.n
