Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Handle vendor onboarding, quotations, comparisons, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate import-related procurement activities, including documentation and shipment follow-up, where applicable.
- Work closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery delays.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Experience in an import and distribution environment is a strong plus.:
- Robust negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
