We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst (L1/L2) to join our Production Services Engineering team in Pune.

Role Overview

Production Support & Incident Management
- Provide L1/L2 support for production systems, ensuring timely triage and resolution of incidents
- Lead incident response,



including impact assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution coordination
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and incident management processes

Monitoring & Operational Excellence
- Handle alert management and escalation as required
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Support 24x7 operations with on-call rotation

Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify repetitive manual activities and convert them into automation solutions.
- Develop scripts using:
- Shell / Python / SQL automation
- Automate routine activities such as:
- MQ queue monitoring and alerts
- Oracle health checks
- Batch job validation and restart
- Log parsing and alert generation
- Contribute to building self-healing and auto-remediation solutions.

Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management
- Conduct RCA for major incidents and recurring issues
- Partner with development and infrastructure teams
