The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to work closely with leadership and function heads as we scale rapidly across India and the US.



This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built, scaled, and run people programs in complex environments and covers a breadth of responsibilities. You will work as a partner to business leaders while also rolling up your sleeves to build the HR foundations of Emergent as it scales.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with function heads and leadership on all people matters, like org health, team structures, and workforce planning
- Build and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that stay relevant with the business priorities
- Manage employee matters with applicable principles, sound judgment, and fairness
- Use HR analytics to drive decisions
- Support change management during periods of rapid growth, restructuring, or new market expansion
