Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with experience in employee insurance administration and claims processing. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, employee records, onboarding and offboarding activities, HR documentation, and coordinating employee insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Description:

HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and coordination with departments.
- Coordinate with departments for employee transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Conduct background verifications in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee medical insurance, including enrollment and claims management.
- Analyze HR data, identify trends, and prepare reports for data-driven decision-making.




- Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems and databases.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Support HR policy development and implementation.

Insurance Claims Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee insurance-related queries.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, TPAs, and employees for claim submissions and processing.
- Review claim documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Track claim status and provide timely updates to employees and management.
- Assist employees in understanding insurance benefits, coverage, and claim procedures.
- Maintain records of claims, reimbursements, and insurance enrollments.
- Support policy renewals, additions, deletions, and employee enrollment processes.

Employee Support & Coordination
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, perks, and insurance matters.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions cover
