The Associate Solutions Designer (ASD) plays a key supporting role within the Solutions Design team. This position focuses on assisting Solutions Designers with operational tasks, managing straightforward to medium complexity change requests, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and compliance activities. By leveraging foundational knowledge of trial processes and system functionality, ASDs provide critical support in identifying potential risks, assisting with process improvement initiatives,
and contributing to readiness activities for study updates and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Definition & Management
- Supports scoping and requirements documentation for minor change requests and aids with prioritization and coordination for more complex initiatives under the guidance of Solutions Designers or Senior Solutions Designers.
- Adheres to established standards while assisting in the documentation of requirements using approved techniques and templates.
- Supports authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.
- Ensures all relevant documentation is maintained in accordance with relevant regulatory guidelines and SOP’s ensuring all relevant stakeholders are updated.
Risk Management
- Works with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess risk impact and li
