Enterprise Risk Services (ERS). Seeking a Learning & Development Manager to
design, build, and lead a comprehensive learning and development strategy that
supports the growth, advancement, and performance of our people and our
business. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for building an
integrated, BAS‑wide L&D; capability while also supporting service‑specific
learning needs. The successful candidate will create the BAS L&D; strategy
from the ground up and operate the programs on an ongoing basis. The role
balances strategy, execution, stakeholder collaboration, and operational
