Business Consultants work in partnership with clients and internal teams to
ensure maximum value out of a client's Workday investment. The role is
responsible for providing Workday Post Production support across Workday HCM
module(s), understanding the client's business and requirements, and
configuring, designing and delivering solutions that best fit client needs.
Business Consultants drive high client satisfaction through building
relationships with clients and delivering impeccable customer service.

Mandatory Requirement: Proven, hands-on implementation experience with Paradox
(Olivia) integrated with Workday Recruiting. Candidates must have directly




configured and deployed Paradox in live hiring environments—training,
certifications, or general HR tech experience alone will not qualify.

Responsibilities

* Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in
Workday HCM module(s).

* Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze
business requirements. Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations
and⁄or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Identify process
improvements and implement system enhancements.

* Assist clients in testing Workday configuration, provide knowledge transfer
to clients and develop documentation as applicable.

* Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file
loads and configuration.

* Use the company's methodology and processes to implement solutions
successfully while remaining agile and flexible to clients' changing needs.

* Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workd
