About the role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in our enterprise transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business strategies and technical execution, driving large-scale integrations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) programs, and system modernizations.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (including Sales Cloud and up-to-date Agentforce AI capabilities), thrives in Agile environments, and excels at navigating senior stakeholder relationships to deliver robust, scalable solutions.





Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and executives to discover, analyze, and document complex business requirements
- Transformation & M&A;: Support large-scale business transformation, systems integration, and M&A; programs, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical execution
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, translating high-level business goals into actionable functional and technical specifications
- Salesforce Ecosystem Mastery:
- Solution Alignment: Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agentforce Sales capabilities, and the broader enterprise Salesforce ecosystem to design best-practice solutions
