Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation across Banking functions.
Assess, validate, and support process changes, system enhancements, process rollouts,
Collaborate with Business, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
Ensure alignment of processes with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
