Role Summary:
Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) efforts for ServiceNow integrations, ensuring end-to-end validation across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute SIT strategy and test plans
- Develop comprehensive integration test cases and scenarios
- Validate integrations with systems like Nexthink, Citrix, Ping ID, Workday, IAM
- Coordinate with development and business teams on test execution
- Perform defect triage, tracking, and resolution
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reporting
Required Skills:
- Experience in ServiceNow SIT and integration testing
- Solid knowledge of test methodologies and defect management tools
- Exposure to enterprise systems (IAM, Workday, Citrix, etc.)
- Ability to lead testing cycles and stakeholder coordination
