Role & responsibilities
- Robust exposure in Industrial Relations (IR) and HR Generalist
- Experience in Cement / Steel / Metal / Heavy Manufacturing industries preferred
- Strong hands-on experience in IR and HR operations
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in Odia language will be an advantage
- Candidates who can effectively manage IR, workmen relations, employee relations and plant HR activities are preferred.
